Ow. My arm is killing me. I think I'm going to have to not beg ask the PTs to rub me so hard, no matter how good it feels at the time. My arm is a mess of beginning bruises right now. They should be pretty spectacular by the weekend.
I also got the electro-shock treatment yesterday. That was interesting. Can't yet tell if it did much good. I slept in my brace last night, which helped a bit, but I should have worn it to work today to keep me off the keyboard. It hurts to pick up my coffee mug, if that's any indication.
Life is ok right now. Last night we went to a support group meeting for the local chapter of NAMI. A couple of the people there were really cool, a couple I wanted to club to death. Par for the course I suspect. I don't know that it helped me, but it was good to be there for Kij. I think the brownies I baked when I got home did me more good than the meeting.
One nice thing about not having much of an appetite is I have carte blanche when it comes to what I eat. Of course, I'll have to rein that in a bit once life adjusts back to normal habits and eating patterns.
And that's probably all I should type today.

Hope all this therapy stuff does some good. I have contemplated the prospects of CT with horror for some time now. That and the tendencies towards arthritis on me mother's side are like my Scylla and Charybdis.

CT patients, if they have the surgery, get a minimum 10% reduction in grip strength, IIRC. I'm unfamiliar with tendonitis treatment.
