Nice surprise

How lovely! cedarsong and everflame just dropped by my office and spent about half an hour chatting! I get to see them again tomorrow for lunch and possibly again later in the week for dinner. And then, of course, a gathering of whores on Saturday.

Gods they're so beautiful and charming. What a wonderful bright spot in my day.

Do you have a JoAnn Fabrics or Hancock Fabrics store anywhere near you? Every pattern company (Butterick, McCall's, and Simplicity) carries a poodle skirt pattern in their costume section (available year-round).

Starting Thursday, Hancock's has McCall's on sale for $1.99/pattern. Also starting Thursday, JoAnn's has Simplicity on sale $1.99/pattern. That would certainly be easier, and you wouldn't have to worry about returning the pattern.
