Accomplished!

I finally unpacked my summer wardrobe and packed up the winter stuff. I am now a confirmed lover of Space Bags (extra large bag at Target: $7.99). I am not a fan of rotten plastic-chewing devil cats who puncture my $7.99 extra large bag that may or may not stay sealed with a patch. Grump. But it was fantastic to don my long-ago standard summer wear for house and errand putterings: thrift store skirt, tiny tee, and ratty old cardigan. Daily wearings of overalls are thankfully a thing of the past. Hurrah.

This weekend was spent in way too much food indulgence. Burp. If I want to continue to be able to fit into the Legendary Red Pants I think I need to limit my eating binges. I do have to say, however: Sunday lunch buffet at Aladdin Café is mighty tasty. Yum. Serious yum.

The weekend got off to a bit of a bumpy start on Friday afternoon/evening, but things seemed to even out by Saturday. Lots of errands and organizing done, and some small indulgences were allowed. New sheets!!! Ahhhhh. It was also nice to plan out a dinner menu for the week and head out to the grocery store, armed with my list. After the restaurant food-fest weekend, it'll be nice to cook for a while.

My PT requested that my PCP renew the prescription for therapy. That means probably another 4 weeks in therapy for me. It's nice to know they see progress that warrants continued treatment, but my pocketbook is suffering.

I have one of those....she keeps us up all night chewing plastic, and gets mad when you try to take it out of her mouth.
