eBay crisis

Help! I somehow listed one item twice...no idea how or why. I'm looking through ebay help but I can't find how to cancel this! Anyone? Anyone?

UPDATE: Ding, I think I know how this happened. When I tried to list the item the first time, I got an error that said "request cannot be processed" so I logged out of ebay and tried again. I guess I shoulda checked my current listings before I listed the item again. Damn it! Emailed eBay and hopefully someone will write me back soon.

In the meantime, let it be known that I am selling my childhood on eBay.

UDATE: Hurrah. Got on Live Help and a very nice Mark A. helped me out and will be refunding my listing fees. Turns out I had to end both auctions b/c they somehow were both screwed up. The second listing was showing on the auction pages, but wasn't showing in my fees, which means somehow it wasn't really listed. Fucked up. But now everything's hunky-dory and my fee refund should show up tomorrow. *crosses fingers*

I cruised through the help listings and couldn't find anything either. LOTS of help topics but nothing on this, and I'm sure you are not the first to have this problem. Hope you get a response, before you get a bid :)!

I've already put all sorta things up on the listing saying DO NO BID! I WILL BE REMOVING THIS AUCTION! etc.

Here's hoping people actually read. Ha. Right. Wishful thinking.

Maybe you should put it in call caps.

THIS ITEM DOES NOT EXIST.
MOST PEOPLE ARE HAPPIER WHEN THEY DO NOT BID ON ITEMS THAT DO NOT EXIST.

Couldn't you bid one penny on it yourself and then end the auction early? This has to be a more than common problem.

end listing early.
lemme find the link!

I'd rather not do that 'cos I'll lose my listing fees! It's not much, but I feel like since it wasn't my fault, I shouldn't have to pay. Hurmph. I'll use this as a last resort, if eBay doesn't write me back... Thanks for the link, though!

well, losing your listing fees are better then someone bidding on it anyway and than paying more at the end of the auction.

I'm gonna wait 24 hours for eBay to get back with me...if I don't hear from them by then, I'll end it.

Grump grouch grouse.

this is unrelated to your current post, but I am trying to keep at least a tiny amount of surprise for Shri....

They sell Dagobah online. I found it through Google-ing the brand name.

I found they also sell it at Wheatfields through someone on her flist--I called to verify and yes, they do. Another friend says they saw it at the Hy-Vee on 6th!

Now all that remains is to buy some and eat it!

Enjoy, dahlink!

Is it bad that I would totally date the human version of the Gregor doll?

Nope. He's darling. I bet that's howOded Fehr (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0004912/) looked as a little boy, kinda. Le sigh!

Um... yes. Wow. If you find twins like that, don't be greedy, eh? ;)

I'll be interested to see how your sasha dolls sell. I have one packed up somewhere that I'd consider parting with...

I'll be interested to see how they sell, too!!! LOL!
