I don't need a magic 8-ball to tell me I'm going to be spending lots of money here: eBay store Eden Jewel. Eleven of the fourteen items on my current watch list are from this store.

And another update from Mommy about that issue from yesterday:
"Also pass on that the legislator proposing the bill withdrew it yesterday. Seems it was too complicated to get into committee before the end of this session."

UPDATE: Because I am lamer than lame I've been doing a bit of afternoon shopping. Sigh. I pine for...for...*blushes furiously* This Casserole. It's so sweet!!!

So what is worse: evil, coercive legislators trying to get this kind of bill passed, or lazy, stupid legislators who are dropping it (for this session) because it's too complicated?

The evil ones, I'd say. The lazy ones? Well, they help weed out the evil weeds trying to establish themselves....
