Tee Gee Eye Effen' Eff
Wow. Not really into the fives for today. At all.
Cleaned the house last night. Did everything but floors. And the sewing room. That's a weekend project in and of itself. Also made a pot of ham and bean soup last night. Flavors should be just about perfect for dinner tonight. Mmmm.
It's payday. Hurrah. I have too many friends in bad financial times. Boo.
Tomorrow, off with some friends to do some shopping. Hurrah. I feel a little guilty spending more money on myself. Boo.
My aquaintance is giving us wholesale prices on the jewelry we're buying. Hurrah. She's trying to sell her business and this is probably the last time I'll get to shop from her. Boo.
I get to skip out of work for a couple hours to go to a yoga class. Hurrah. It means I have to skip lunch. Boo.
Most of my friends are doing well. Hurrah. I got really bad news about a friend last night. Boo.
I need a week off to get stuff done so I can do stuff I want to do. Hmm. I wonder how to manage that. I've got 45 hours of vacation time built up, but I know I need to accrue at least 24 hours for a vacation I want to take this spring (I'd rather have 32). Maybe I'll take half days for part of next week. *ponder*ponder*fingerdrumming*
I've figured out what I need to do. Now I need to figure out how to do it.

I'm stressing about some aspects of my life and I am, indeed, money-poor.
I am also happier than I can remember being for quite some time. I think you pointed this out not too long ago.

I'd say let's do a girl's night this next week, but with the Hafla coming, I dunno that it's necessary. Hold til after Hollydaze maybe?
I never did get any turkey over to you, I'm sorry. This cold weather just makes me want to stay home until the last week in January when we get that 60 degree False Spring. There's still a bit left if you feel brave.
