Mind like a sieve

The ten-year anniversary of my tongue-piercing came and went last Thursday and I completely spaced mentioning it. I was planning to post the story I wrote about the experience, but now all I can find is my hard copy. I remember retyping the damn thing just a year or two ago, but now I don't know where I put it. It's not a bad little piece of writing, if I do say so myself. If I find it, I'll post a link.

I forgot my lunch today. Wonder what the chances are of me actually walking home to get something to eat.

I found the Rev CD I was missing. I'd misfiled it on the wrong shelf.

I'm certainly not firing on all cylinders lately. Apologies.

Note: My flist is getting out of control and as my workload is increasing, I'm finding it necessary to trim. Please don't take it personal-like. I'm sure most if not all of you are reasonable adults who realize this is not a slam on your character. I just decided to take off the people with whom I don't have much interaction either in RL or LJ. I promise I won't be hurt or whatever if you remove me, and that goes for people who still are on my flist. Really. It's not a big deal.
