Squwnch
The ear is squwnching again today, pretty loudly.
adammaker said the serrapeptase should really start to work in 4-5 days. So if I don't see some marked improvement by Friday, I'm going to have to figure out something else. I'm seriously considering trying an ear candle, ya'll. It's that bad. I don't wanna go back to the doctor until I find a new one. Anyone have some suggestions for a good PCPin Lawrence? I haven't been happy with Lawrence Family Practice since Susan Siemsen (Carla Phipps's nurse practitioner) left.
fireguarder mentioned putting up some of my knitting needle cases on eBay and it reminded me that I really really really need to get some of my crap listed, already. Perhaps in my copious spare time this evening I'll work on that. Hell, if I only make enough to pay for my freaking stomach pills, I'll be thrilled.

I now see Dr. Kimberly McKeon in the same office and I really like her. She has been very attentive and proactive on helping me with my back problems. The last time I was there, she spent nearly 30 minutes with me going over my blood test results and answering all my questions. I really felt she had my best interests in mind.

I've seen Dr. McKeon twice and both times felt like I got a brush-off. Hm.

Yeah, me too.
Sounds fishy. And inspires me to find a different PCP PDQ.

Siemsen received her physician's assistant degree from Wichita State University and has practiced family medicine for 17 years. Her practice is open and available to patients ages 12 and older for complete medical care.
Siemsen lives in Lawrence with her husband, Wayne, and their daughter.
From the Topeka Capitol-Journal, February 27, 2005 (http://64.233.179.104/search?q=cache:2qk0HeXpoRcJ:cjonline.com/stories/022705/bus_yourbiz.shtml+%22susan+siemsen%22+&hl=en&gl=us&ct=clnk&cd=13). Alas, I don't think I can go to Topeka everytime I need to see a doctor. Poo.

But I have to warn you. The happiness I'm feeling seems to be a bit on the manic side. So if I start laughing and then crying, don't be alarmed. My gyno explained that since I went off the pill, my hormonal levels will be all over the place.

Wow, really? I've loved Dr Burt since he gives me samples, suggests natural remedies and just does whatever I tell him I need. He was the only doc who did a minor surgery in his office for me and saved me tremendous amounts of $$ when I didn't have insurance. His wife Nancy does the OBside of things, although I've not seen her because I just like using Planned Parenthood.
Was it the older Dr Ramberg? I liked him too, he's the one who found the healed fracture in my neck that the hideous Dr Gravino claimed was a torn trapezius.
They also have a new woman from India, but she's screwed up my scrips twice now, and was a bit condescending to me when I pointed out her error, so I'm leery of her.
