Here's looking at a three day weekend!
Gonna do a boatload of sewing this weekend. I'm psyched! And I'm starting the weekend off right by getting asked out to lunch by a former co-worker. Hurray!
Worked with Jemira last night on the CotK solo. Spent almost thirty minutes trying to learn this snakey new move (well, new to me). I don't quite have the hang of it yet, but I'll get it. In the meantime of course, I look like a phenomenal dork. Practice, practice! Good news: we choreographed the first 40 seconds of the song. Only two minutes twenty seconds to go. Nine weeks. Two of those, one or the other of us is out of town. So that's seven meeting times to get this baby down. Excitement! I envy her mirrored practice space. I shoulda used the mirror I had at 702 more. Silly me.

1. How many places have you lived in your life? Hm. Several. I've lived in Illinois, Indiana, Florida, Tennessee, and Kansas. Some of those states, more than one city.
2. Which was your favorite and why and what street was it on? Probably the one in Indiana: 334 Woodside Drive. Gorgeous forested neighborhood, lots of kid friends, I had a playhouse in the back yard.
3. If you could live anywhere for the rest of your life, where would it be? Depends on who else is there.
4. What would your ideal home have in it? A well-designed kitchen, an efficient sewing room, and a maid.
5. Can you describe your current crib? I despise that word for a residence. I'm not an infant. I do not live in a "crib."

1. Where did you grow up? Indiana.
2. Have you ever been to Indiana? WTF?
3. Describe yourself at age 18: Skinny. Thought I was fat.
4. How do you deal with pain? Depends on what kind of pain. Bumps, bangs, bruises, cuts, aches: Breathe. Deal. Burns: Cry. Emotional: distract! distract! distract!
5. When is the last time you screwed up? I'm supposed to keep track of this stuff?

The Indiana question, that's funny.
If we should decide to go to Jin Shan tonight, should we call you?

Thank you for the offer, though! Maybe next time!
