New dance photos, new dance icons

Two of the better photos of me, (finally) sent from one of the photogs from the February photoshoot I did.



I very much like the first one. Very graceful. The second one is about the closest I can get to the full Rachel Brice Layback™. I think it makes a good icon, too. I might modify it with some text...we'll see Done!

I made an appointment for a spa pedicure, manicure, and eyebrow wax for Tuesday, July 18 to prep for CotK. I'll feel like a different person! Can't wait. I wouldn't be able to swing it were it not for the funds contributed by the ever fabulous alt_rorschach from a holiday gift certificate that I've been saving for just this occasion. It won't be the same as having you there, though. =(

It was nice to see PotC with my folks, but when the movie made a reference to The Sea Hawk I wiggled in my seat with surprise and happiness, looked around...and nobody else in the theater was reacting to it. *sigh* It would've been great to see that moment for the first time with gamera_spinning.

Glad you finally got them. Marz was just asking me about the ones I'd taken that night (she needed reference material for a figure drawing class) and I had to remind her that I was deathly ill with the flu that evening, and couldn't have pointed a camera at the floor reliably.
