Forget trenches. This is a foxhole.
Holy schamoley I'm tired. Today was more of the same, only more of it. Thank gods less of the glute squeezes, but more body-alignment issues. Trying to do an interior hip square, walking, *without* following through on the hip muscles. Just using a pelvic tip, right glute squeeze, back drop, left glute squeeze--no help from your knees! Just glutes to get the round.
I spent most of the time just standing still, trying to get the movement down. My biggest fear is that I'll start to get sloppy and learn bad habits.
Now off to someone's house who has a (working) printer to get my boarding pass. Class has been running late the past couple days and I don't want to be stressed about not getting checked in on time at the airport.

I always mean to take some classes over there, but its a hike (Bart and bus) so I never do....I think she has some videos, I could get one of those.
