Fellow allergy sufferers might be aware that yesterday was one of the highest allergen days in recent record. Today probably won't be much better.

Last night I sneezed almost every thirty seconds for nearly ten minutes. Today, just now, I sneezed again and threw out my back.

Um. Ow.

Wow, this really sucks.

Ow. Sorry. I do know how that feels (although right now it's my shoulder that hurts when I sneeze/yawn/go over a bump). Hope you didn't break a rib - that can happen, too.

Oh my god I don't even want to think about it.

But this is on both sides of my back, about the middle of my back. across the lats. Doesn't feel like ribs, unless I broke three on each side. =D

Fortunately, I'm not a fellow allergy sufferer, but the last of my cough/cold thing has been petering out...

Today in Ancient Japan, I took a sip of my drink, started choking, then coughing, tried to stifle it - only to end up completely spraying the guy in front of me with pink lemonade - his shirt and notes were covered. I don't think I could have done a better job if it was intentional.

So there - hopefully you can laugh at my experience (carefully) and feel a little bit better.

Sorry to hear it. Allergies have been bad here in modern Japan as well. I have been sneezing my head off, constantly wondering if I am at the beginning of a cold, or just having something seasonal... Looks like "B" so far.

Bear broke a record (for him) this weekend w/ 17 non-stop sneezes in a row. I couldn't even comiserate- he couldn't stop to hear me.
