I got up to get my mail from the room across the hall. When I came back, my head started to swim and I felt so awful I started to cry a little bit. Then I realized how ridiculous that was and started to giggle.

Then I got giddy and laughed so hard I did actually cry. My officemates feel bad for me, but I think they're also a little worried for their safety.

I know. I mean, I've never been a picture of health, but the past several months have been really bad. I think a lot of it is the physical manifestation of way too much emotional bullshit.

I'll spare you my New Age drivel about sinuses and frozen anger, stuffed emotions and hearing problems, stomach issues and being sick of situations.

But seriously, this unexpected parade appearance is off-season and off-kilter, and although fun and a great opportunity, if you're not well, I hope you don't put yourself through any more stress about it, good or bad.
