So close and yet so far

Because this is the way my life works. I was finally sleeping not too bad (nose-breathing possible: Check!). I only woke up three or four times during the night, but this morning's thunderstorm woke me a little before six. The storm hadn't hit yet, but the lightshow outside provided enough stimulation to rouse me--despite the curtains on the window and the curtains on the bed. Light sleeper much?

I'm still exhausted, but happy to report that I have moved out of the mouth-breather column, at least for the time being.

Here's hoping I'm breathing OK next weekend or I'm going to be completely fucked at the Suhaila workshop in St. Louis.

Hey, I'm at loose ends on Thursday night. What day do you get in? We're too busy to get together for dinner here in Lawrence. It'll be a riot if we have dinner in STL.

I was just going to tell you that a chiropractor might help your congestion. As odd as it sounds, my nose was very stopped up when I went to my appointment. The second he adjusted my neck, I wasn't stopped up . . .

well then, never mind! I hope you can get in to see her soon! Me going yesterday to the chiropractor really helped. It didn't at first, but by the evening I was feeling better. Today it's hurting again, but not as bad as it was yesterday. I go in again tomorrow . . .
