Boozy Bananas Foster

I made this up yesterday.

Boozy Bananas Foster
1 oz. Praline Liquor
1 oz. Vodka (I didn't have rum--that would've been more appropriate)
Banana nectar (I used Looza brand)
Ice

Fill a tall glass with ice. Pour in liquor. Fill with banana juice. Stir well.

I think this would also make an amazing frozen drink, with some whipped cream dolloped on top.

I am enviousing the praline Liquour with just cream or baileys or the Godiva liquour.

oh christ I'm gonna turn into a FAT alcoholic!!!

When I get home tonight I'll look at the brand on the Praline liquor. I found it at a liquor store in Kansas. I'd be really surprised if you can't find it in SF. Look for Looza bottles of nectar in a Mexican grocery, or the Mexican food aisle.

The praline liquor is made by a company called Sazerac. Here is their website. (http://www.sazerac.com/products.html)

I've had a similar drink, and it did use rum--a banana rum! It had dark rum on top the drink that was lit on fire. It was really, really yummy.

Now I feel the need to make this drink. Hmmmm....
