gamera_spinning posted about something that, sadly, didn't surprise me in the slightest. How The White House Drowned New Orleans. Sick, horrible, yes. Surprising, no.

renniemom's post made me realize that, yet again, I've missed another KC Roller Derby season. Poo.

I want to go shoe shopping. For these in particular.

At Hancock Fabrics last night, I found some absolutely gorgeous dark gold jaquard upholstery fabric. No more fabric for me right now, though. Which is fine. Fine. The sewing room is crazy-full at the moment.

Bleh. Meh. Bleh. Must be that time of the month. It'd be nice if things start moving along before opening weekend at Faire.

Natalie's still working out logistics regarding the dog drop off. I imagine it will be either 8:10 or 8:20 depending on what we have to do with the beast.
