Ahhh. A weekend.
That. Was. Wonderful.
I did a whole hell of a lot of nothing this weekend and it was the best time ever. Friday night was a steak dinner with![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
mckitterick. Mmmm. Saturday, we were supposed to accompany cedarsong and everflame to a rugby game in KC, but I begged off due to 1) laziness and 2) impending menstruation. The first I got in spades, the second failed to appear. Weird. I thought about going to see a band on Saturday night, but opted instead for more laziness and a 10:30 bedtime. Sunday: More laziness. And eating. I got the sewing room a wee bit organized, but there's still a couple more hours of work (and one more piece of furniture) necessary before it's 100% functional.
Bliss!
Unfortunately, I don't get two weekends of sloth in a row. This Thursday I'm off to Indianapolis to hang out with my mom for her 60th birthday--and to help her paint the master bath. It will be fun, but not the same as hanging out in my jammies. Speaking of, the weather today tells me I'd better get on the stick making up some warm loungewear for winter. Thin cotton PJ bottoms just will not do.
