Feeling better, but ow

So I'm over the cold/sinus thing. Hurray! But last night my left hip started hurting (arthritis). It was mildly painful when I went to bed. About 5-ish this morning, the pain woke me up and I couldn't get comfortable enough to fall back asleep.

The pain comes in waves that last 30 minutes to an hour. Right now is a lull. I'm going to do my best to get away from my desk and walk around for ten minutes every hour.

I've never had my hips hurt like this for no reason. It's usually something like a couple years ago when I went to NYC and forgot to bring my Glucosamine. This pain out of nowhere is weird. And a lot of not fun.

That's sucky. You've been taking your glucosamine regularly?

I missed yesterday, but last time I stopped taking it, it was nearly a week before I noticed any discomfort. I was super careful about taking it (with my morning pills) in Minneapolis, even if I did skip most of the evening pills.
