I understand how you feel. I have not been sleeping well and trying to fight what is flying around. Today with the drop of weather my head is going to be bugging me all day. I woke up at the same time and went to soak in the hot tub to try to get to sleep for another hour. Worked a bit.
time for my coffee also, but usually I stop off at hi hat coffee house after I drop my daughter off at school ( across the street from the coffee )
Sorry to hear of it. My fever dreams are rarely nightmares - mostly just surreal travelogues that involve food. Driving across a giant piece of Fruit Roll-Up in a bacon car to visit the White Lobster People.
