I could really use a nap. I'm done with being sick, now. Ready to be over this! OK? Anybody listening? I can be done now! Very tired of being tired.
Last night I had every intention of getting up to exercise today. This morning, I woke up and thought "Hm, the room sure is bright for the alarm not to have gone off yet." 6:59! Yay! I must have woken up in the middle of the night and turned off my alarm. Ridiculous.
Also, I have no taste for healthy food right now. I ate about four bites of my moderately healthful lunch and just--bleh. I'd rather go hungry than eat it. I mean, it's not bad and it tasted fine when I made it for dinner on Friday. But...just not interested. I want chips or cookies or Chinese dumplings or anything with a too-high fat calorie content.

I have to figure out the best way to get something over to McCollum Hall before 5:00 p.m. today.

I did a total trash food day yesterday. I ate anything and everything that passed my fancy, but only in teeny portions. Today, I'm happy to report, no Monday sugar cravings.
