It's the little things

EDIT: I forgot to include this video from Planned Parenthood in today's post.
I slept most of the weekend, with brief spurts of activity during the evenings. Friday's performance went very well (I thought) and I made a contact for potential future gigs. Saturday was a wonderful low-key get-together, but I was wiped out from Friday's late night and had to go home earlier than I would have liked. Sunday was tasty dinner with a group I usually don't see much of, so that was nice.
After dosing myself with mega-amounts of decongestants and expectorants, I think I might have kicked the current Gross that was clogging up my sinuses and inner ear. Here's hoping. I feel a lot better today. Better enough that I got back on the exercise wagon this morning, so yay me!
KU redesigned its ID cards (again), so they're issuing new cards to current card holders who want a new card. Now I can get rid of this one that has such a wretched photo. This morning I found a discarded picture calendar of Morocco that is beautiful and good through the end of 2008. Today's mail brought a new Penzey's catalog. Small pleasures.
