Note to self

This morning's NMT session focused completely on my inner ear/vertigo issues with no attention given to allergy problems.

Now I feel like I am coming down with the flu. Hot/cold extremes, achey head, stiff neck and joints, exhausted. No appetite. Making myself eat, though, because I'm also getting bouts of light-headedness.

Bleaugh.

I hope it's all related to the NMT treatment and I'm not really getting sick. I need to remember to tell Dr. Adams this information at my next appointment in two weeks.

Drinking lots of water, as directed. I'll also down an Emergen-C, just in case.

"General icky" is SO much better than the flu. Go to bed and sleep. Maybe it will go away.

I did! I went to bed at 8:30 last night and slept all the way through until my alarm went off at 6:00 this morning!
