I was shocked this morning when I opened the back door to turn on Kitty T.V. (feed the birds and squirrels) and it felt warmer outside than inside. Sixty degrees at 9:00 a.m. on December 26th? Craziness. I left the door open for a few moments so Fetish could get a good sniff of Outdoors. So far nobody has shown up for breakfast, though, so I think the local fauna is as bewildered as I am by this weather change.

cba1282zyx, charmed_art, shrijani, and pamelonian, as well as a few other LJ-less freaks. It was a great time, although I burned my right ring finger on the damn heating lamp outside. Ouch. It's a fairly nasty burn (feels like a callous on the tip of my finger) so I'll wrap this up.
Question for the masses:
What is your method of removing labels from glass bottles and jars if you want the label to remain intact? I've shredded a couple lables I wanted to save by trying the soak-in-hot-water technique. Any innovative suggestions?
