Courtesy ofms_danson: an amazing scarification piece. Scarification usually squicks me, but this piece is just...well, beautiful. SFW unless you're in an extremely conservative workspace.

After today, I have three more weeks before my Spring Break vacation. Can't! Wait! This week went by pretty fast, so there's some hope I'll make it through without ripping anyone's head (including mine) off.
Locals: Blueberries are on sale at several Lawrence grocery stores. I noticed Target had them for just under $3/pint. I got mine at Checker's for something like $2.68. And they're not bitter, too-early berries, either (unlike the teaser strawberries that are out right now). They're delicious! Mmmmm, blueberries and cottage cheese for breakfast. Delightful.
I'm not at all happy with today's photo. It's the test pic I took to check lighting, background weirdness, framing, etc. I reviewed it, adjusted the tripod (thank you,roya_spirit!) and angle--aaaaaand the camera battery died. Perfect. Oh well, at least I didn't have something hanging out of my nose.
Speaking of things hanging out under my nose: I'm going to start waxing my moustache again. It's starting to get a little...excessive. When I can see it in the non-zoomed photos? That's alotta 'stache. And since I'm growing out my hair, the chances of me doing drag again soon are slim. So, zip! Gotta go buy some wax this weekend, I suppose.
