I wanted to let people know that 0 is building me shoe shelves in my closet for my birthday present! I'm very excited. Can't wait to get them all up--ok, well, the majority of them up--off the floor. Finally.

Happy Birthday, although I can't imagine why anyone would want shelves (as in plural) for their shoes. All of mine could be shoved into two shoe boxes.

Yes, the shoe thing is rather like jazz music. If you have to have it explained to you, you'll never understand it. Myself? I get the shoe thing, but I will always be in the dark regarding jazz.
