Timing
I'm leaving on a short little road trip today, so of course this morning I was awake on and off from about 4:00 a.m. onwards with horrific cramps. Lovely.
We're off to see Ludo, so it should be a fabulous time. The show is tonight in Columbia, and it happens to be Mizzou's football homecoming, so that should be interesting. It was very lucky that we were able to reserve a hotel room. I was calling all over the city as soon as I found out it was homecoming weekend, back in...July? It might not be the best hotel, but at least it's somewhere to crash when the show's over.
One thing's for sure, we won't be sampling the local nightlife after the show.
I'm trying to decide if I'll get showered and dressed to run the few errands I'd planned before departure time or if I'll just lie here on the couch with my cat and some coffee. She's being very snuggly. It's been a while since we had a morning on the couch together.

Columbia has the best shows and bars I know you will have a good time. Well perhaps without the cramps. Hope you had a blast
