Thanks to this post on CuteOverload, I have a new desktop background for November. It's appropriate, I think.

I got maybe four hours of sleep last night. Bad, bad, bad G.I. issues. I think maybe I didn't eat enough yesterday, and the protein shake right before bed was a terrible idea. Lesson learned! Today's goal: Eat More. Most of my adult life, I've been diligent about not eating when I'm not hungry or not eating if I don't feel like eating. It's difficult (and weird) to get past that and force myself to eat when I don't wanna.

Another gold star goes to nottygypsy for helping me henna/indigo again last night. I think we've got our mixes/techniques down now. Remember, though, next time: shorter movie!

I second your desktopping of that sloth--CUTE! I'm staring at him on my desktop between tasks like changing my address online with my disability insurance...the cute helps. :)

I also commiserate with your G.I. issues...A and I started back with alternate-day-fasting yesterday, and I had a not-so-good reaction to re-feeding this morning. URg. May you and I both get right with the G.I. gods!
