It was negative eight degrees when I walked to work this morning. That was the actual temperature, not adjusted for wind chill. It's cold. Really cold.

Personal markers:

I'm wheat-free and sugar-free until my birthday. Any weight loss will be nice, but I'm really looking forward to getting rid of the slight but constant hives and sinus congestion.

Today I got up early for some low-level stretching exercises. Baby steps.

Tonight I'm going to take eighty bajillion body measurements and re-measure on a monthly basis. I'm considering taking photos, but I'm not sure I have the heart for it.
