Foggy Saturday

It's foggy this morning. A pretty late fog, too. It's wonderful right now (I find fog very romantic and moody-in-a-good-way), but driving to KC today might be uncomfortable if it doesn't dissapate in a couple hours. As it is now, even the houses across the street are pretty blurry.

There are three mourning doves sitting stone still in a tree in the front yard. I wonder if they're waiting for me to throw out some seed for them. Betcha the instant I open the front door they'll fly away, though. Silly birds.

It's a good morning to be the only one awake in a quiet house. Even Fetish went back to sleep after getting her breakfast. Coffee in solitude is a nice thing sometimes.

Mmm, I love fog. Here in Olathe we've had some really thick-ass fog the past few gays too. Last night I had to make a quick run to the convenience store for smokes and could barely see half a block in front of my headlights. It was equal parts spooky and awesome.

I just ran down to Munchers for donuts because we have no food in the house and Travis crashed last night, and the streets are wicked. It's seriously thick. Folks weren't even doing the limit on 6th. Pretty, though. :)

I love fog. I drove down to Mass this morning. Driving wasn't bad, IMO. It wasn't so bad that I missed a turn or couldn't see when there was a red light.
