Mild annoyances

Another humdinger from Dr. Boli.

Last night was my first appointment involving the use of needles with Kiva the Acupuncturist. It went well. I couldn't feel the ones in my abdomen at all, but the ankle ones--yowch. Note to self: Next session, do a better job of paying attention to how you feel prior to the treatment so you can gauge any reactions post-treatment and over the following few days.

Speaking of observations, here's a new one. I was thrilled to note minimal bloating after breakfast this morning. However, ninety minutes after eating, I'm swollen up just as bad as normal, or perhaps even a little worse. I had to unbutton the top jeans button while sitting at my desk. Uncomfortable.

And of course, extra humor points for joking about homeopathy in the same post where I write about getting acupuncture treatments.

"That's some strong stuff!"

:) extra humor points indeed.

I've never heard of Mitchell and Webb. They're excellent!

etc. etc. I'm sure you've seen them, but it's a treat to be introduced to them :)
