It's a much less frightening proposition to someone who's already 75% of the way to eating like that.
Of the following: 1. Do not eat dairy..
2. Do not eat grains.
3. Do not eat legumes.
4. Do not eat or add sugar of any kind, real or artificial.
5. Do not eat processed foods.
6. Do not drink alcohol, in any form.
7. Do not eat white potatoes.
8. Most importantly… do not try to shove your old, crappy diet into a shiny new Whole30 mold.
I have already nixed numbers two through five and seven and eight. I don't think I'll have a huge problem with this, and I'm very excited to see the possible results!
