I'm not a coffee drinker, but I have always wondered where people are *supposed* to pour unused coffee in Wescoe with those signs posted at every drain. On the floor? ;)

Seriously.

They put those up because a certain department was dumping their entire samovar-size coffee percolator leftovers at the end of the day. I don't think my two tablespoon dregs poured down the drain is any major sin.

I got my spice tins from Specialty Bottle (http://www.specialtybottle.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=333). I wish they were 8oz instead of 6oz, but I couldn't pass up the gold. If you prefer the silver tone, you have a lot more choices.
