The salad turned out to be dessert because I forgot to prep it ahead of time and I didn't want the main course (zucchini noodles with Italian-esque pork roast) to get cold.

It was a fantastic dessert, too. I've been cutting back on fruit, so the apple and raisin combo was super sweet to my palate.
