I had the same sinus problem yesterday. It was bad enough that I didn't go on my planned run.

I've 12-hour pseudoephedrined myself up for today. It still makes me all kinds of cranky all the trouble I have to go through and everything I have to sign just to have clear sinuses and not be in head-exploding pain, mainly because I haven't seen any proof that limiting pseudoephedrine has decreased meth production at all. With drugs and money, people will find a way.
