Okay, real quick!

I'm gonna order this shirt, designed by m_stiefvater, as a motivational tool for me finally getting started on TacFit.

Isn't that just perfect? I just gotta pick a color. I'm leaning toward asphalt.

Edit: Holy crap. $5.25 shipping? That makes it a $30 tee shirt for the ultra-thin cotton sytle. *sigh* Maybe I'll wait. =(

It looks like I'm not going to be able to start the program until my vacation. There's a lot to read and study (you know me, not a quick learner when it comes to movement). But I'm very much looking forward to it.

I've only done the first reading myself, and skimmed a bit further, none of the actual exercises yet.
It's hard to get in the groove when any movement in the groove makes for a coughing attack.
So my Monday plan to start? Yeh, on hold, too.
