Earworms CDs up for grabs

I have Volume One and Volume Two of Earworms Rapid Italian up for grabs if anyone wants 'em. Locals get first shot because I'm lazy and don't feel like going to the post office.

But if nobody around here wants them either, I can put them in the mail for you sometime next week.

Well, I'll take "second dibs" if no one else locally wants them, not that I have a burning need, but it would be fun to learn a bit to chat with my British/Italian relatives.

Did you think the Earworms method was effective?
(I'm thinking I might be able to refresh some Spanish or German if so)

No, I hated it. I didn't even open Volume Two. My mom loved it, though, and is well on her way to being moderately fluent.

I'm a great flashcard/visual learner, and I bet my mom isn't. So....

eh. Well then I'm doubtful for me either.
I'm always hoping there's something out there that will help me because, perhaps like you, I'm *not* an auditory learner.
(Hence, copious notes in my classes, and piles of clippings in my files!)

You know, if you send it Priority Mail in their packaging, they'll even come pick it up. You don't have to traipse to the Post Office.

I have a USPS account if you wanna use it to print a label, if the need arises.

If you'll let me just take a listen sometime, that would be cool. Oh, I can probably see if there are any sample tracks online!

I'm not sure it's gonna be good for me either, I was awful once I got to language lab and wasn't actually reading and using my German and Spanish. I keep hopelessly hoping I'll get better, but it doens't seem to work out.
