So I've got this logged: This is the worst period I've had in a long time. Three nights in a row of cramping and nightsweats bad enough to keep me awake for long periods at a time. Daytime cramps aren't exactly a cakewalk, either. Three days on the couch with a book and a heating pad because I can't be motivated to do more. Pain, pain, pain, and the exhaustion isn't helping.

Awful nightmares last night, but I don't think they had anything to do with the time of the month. They were about Fetish. I was hoping that my first dreams about my cat after her death would be peaceful and reassuring. Not so much. These were more along the lines of "The Monkey's Paw." Ugh.

Ugh. I hear you. I used to get crippling cramps of doom that would put me out of commission for three days every month. Unacceptable.

FWIW, pot helps significantly.

You know how some people talk about "salad days?" Yeah. Mine were a different type of green, but they were pretty awesome. Then my life got busy and I lost touch with my contacts.

If this kind of shit keeps up, though, I might have to look into forming some new connections.
