One more vice down the toilet
Yesterday was Day One of no caffeine. It was okay. No headache--at least no headache that hasn't been around since Thursday.
I took some Sudafed this morning in an attempt to clear that up. Shoulda done it before, but I was hoping it would go away on its own instead of setting up residence in my ears (with plans to build an extension behind my eyes).
But yeah. Caffeine-free now. Woo hoo.

Are you permanently caffeine free or antibiotic treatment caffeine free?

caffine free is good.
it will give you a much clearer picture of your energy and food needs.

I was caffeine free (mostly, in that it wasn't an every day thing but me likee the cans of diet coke if they happened to be in the house) for quite a long time until recently when I started drinking whole leaf oolong tea again in the morning (and then another 10 oz mixed with 24 oz of water in a giant glass of iced tea in the afternoon). So delicious! Didn't have any on Friday and had HEADACHE LIKE FUCK. Was blaming it entirely on my head injury from Wednesday but I'm wondering now if it was *also* caffeine withdrawal. :/
So, now I'm decaffeinating my tea by brewing it a minute then dumping that out before brewing it again. Doesn't make it entirely caffeine free but caffeine addiction is NOT a path I want to get stuck on again (back in the day I would drink three POTS of coffee - at least! - a day!)
Once again (surprise), I agree with what

Oh, and an aside.. years ago at one of those KC Psychic/Healer fairs, a gal did an Iridology reading on me. She stressed (ha!) that I needed to take better care of my adrenal glands and recommended red raspberry tea. It's also good for the monthlies.
