Ride ride pony tonight

Over the weekend we watched Natural Born Killers, which I'd never seen before. Yeah,mckitterick was pretty surprised, too. "This just seems like your type of movie," was his comment. Whatever. Geez. I have to admit, it was. Like Boogie Nights, or Clockwork Orange, it's one of those movies that has so much to say, and is amazingly well done, but it's so stressful. I'm glad to have seen it, but I don't know that I'd be up for a second viewing anytime soon.
I've been listening to Lady Gaga's YouTube channel the past couple days, since the whole new album (or pretty much) is available for listening. While I'm still firmly in the Hate Camp for "Born This Way," many of the album's songs are things of beauty. "You and I" is a damn fine song for real*. But for hysterical nuttiness, I've yet to find lyrics to beat "Highway Unicorn." Oh My God that is some funny shit, there, people. And danceable!

* Update: So is "Edge of Glory." Fucking awesome song.
