The skull being decorated with some ink designwork, and the tail will be a necklace, and one of the more interesting spikey-bones that I can't figure out what it was will be a pendant.

Other than those, no firm plans yet.

I hired someone who does various animal-cleaning work for a living. She manages a shop that sells bones and pelts (as well as beads and stuff).
