The very hungry caterpillar
I ate yesterday! Like, a lot of eating! I'm not sure if I mentioned this, but sometime around Tuesday of last week (the 13th, not this past week), my desire for food totally disappeared and it was all I could do to get down a bare minimum of calories without getting nauseated or ...other problems.
After a week and a half with no appetite, it was so good to eat and enjoy it, instead of having to choke down food because I knew I had to eat something. I had scrambled eggs, and some turkey with vegetables, a handful of olives, and chicken with vegetables, and then I made a chicken salad with the last of the shredded chicken and some craisin and sunflower seeds.
And then I had some G.I. problems. =(
So I'll be taking it easy today on the food quantities, but oh my goodness I was so hungry.

Jeez, first world problems, eh?
I'm so glad you feel like eating now, and hope the GI issues resolve quickly.
mmmm craisins... I ate some in a new yogurt I found at HyVee.. Noosa, or something like that.. so creamy yummy.

It did make me think I might give intermittent fasting another try, though. I really did feel better on days I wasn't eating!
