Speaking of The Red Menace, thanks for pointing me in the direction of the LJ cup community. I have a much better idea which one may work for me. Now, if we all can just find something to improve the cramps, digestive upset, and general misery of menses above and beyond heat, ibuprofen, and chamomile tea. I hope you feel better very soon.

Thanks so much! On Monday I'll get some full-body shots. Nobody could take a decent picture with this crappy camera and they were all horribly grainy or blurred. =(

The only thing I've found that helps with the side effects of my monthly cycle stuff is acupuncture. And even that is not infallible, alas.
