Lesson learned in the Kundalini class this morning?
At least not if that class is indicative of regular practice. Holy crap, that was possibly the most boring hour of my life.
If I can muster the enthusiasm to do so, I'll post more of my thoughts about it tomorrow.
I don't like Kundalini yoga.
