The visit with Dr. Burt went well. He shared my frustration over the Provigil issue, and agreed to give Adderall a try. I took my prescription to the Walgreen's pharmacy where I was informed that there is a nationwide shortage of Adderall. They haven't received a shipment of it in two weeks, and have no idea when they'll get more.

The pharmacist suggested calling around to other drugstores in town to see if they had it. She didn't sound encouraging.

I don't think I have ever used this expression before, ever, but I feel it isn't inappropriate right now:

Fuck. My. Life.
