Nerd Fitness (my latest blog-crush) has a fantastic post about my least favorite word of all time. I need to write my own post about my dislike of the word "should." I wrote a short post about it a long time ago, how I hate it when people say "I should be able to do that" (or some variant of that). But I also hate the whole concept of "should." Stamp Out Should In Your Life.

Hoshit my thighs and glutes are stiff today.


This evening's Crossfit experience is going to be interesting.

Ooh gf, I hate "should" as well. Especially when it comes from someone else, and it triggers my inner brat and heel-digger-iner. "You'd better.." is another. gngrrrr.

I'm going to replace should with could. I could do that.
You could do that... we could do this...

Because it awakens my itsy-bitsy little inner competitor, (granted, there isn't much of one, but it's there)it'll give me more strength to get moving, quit eating shit that doesn't agree with me, and well, you know. :)
