Goal Post
Here's how I did with my goals that I set last week:
Stop eating like crap Did pretty well. Made some not-perfect eating decisions on Thursday thanks to a ten-hour-altered-state condition necessitated by debilitating cramps. But mostly did okay.
Make it to CrossFit at least twice Done. Only going to make it to Crossfit twice again this week. Might make it three times week after this, though.
Get away from my desk at least four times a day Technically fulfilled this one, although Wednesday and Friday were pretty weak efforts and Thursday didn't see me in the office at all, but I did get up at least four times each day I was in the office.

This week's goals:
Continue to eat well Big serving of leafy greens at least once a day, and no nuts or seeds that aren't incorporated into a recipe.
Make the mock-up for commissioned Frock Coat This project has been hanging on the edges of my radar for ages. I have two more major projects that I need to knock out (one before KCRF, the other before Halloween), so I want to wrap this one up in good time.
Avoid caffeine during the week Not having a coffeemaker at work and not allowing myself to drink tea should make this pretty easy. It's good to throw an easy one in there, yes? Yes.
I am so disproportionately left-brained that just looking at the right brain side of this image makes me feel vaguely uncomfortable. Physically and mentally uncomfortable. So much for thinking I'm a well-balanced person.
Sinfest is now off my RSS feed. The ridiculous levels of anti-porn sentiment have become too annoying. If anyone here continues to read it and it shapes up after Ishida is done broadcasting his public service announcement, let me know.
