Interesting body note: Six days after the Poor Food Choice Binge and my abdomen is finally un-swollen back down to thirty inches. However, I am up nearly four pounds. My body is weird.

mckitterick wakes up, I'm gonna start busting my ass to get all the house chores done by 2:00pm so I can get in a good nap before going out tonight. An out-of-town friend is here and it's party time tonight!
