Bad bitches like me is hard to come by
Fans of SF films and TV shows who don't mind (or even like!) Nicki Minaj: go watch this vid.
The Avengers DVD is out in less than two weeks!
Today: Much sewing.
I haven't noticed a shred of improvement from abstaining from booze for two weeks. Not an inch lost (I've not been weighing myself), no increased energy, nothing. I'm wondering if it's worth keeping up with the Whole30. I know my mental health would be improved by a glass of wine...BLAH. Any thoughts?
I am strongly tempted by today's Tee Fury shirt.

And... coming to our house and... abstaining.... from... booze? WHUT. (I must prepare myself.)

The t-shirt is rad.
Fuck this Whole30. If you are not getting any benefit from abstinence, then keeping it going is just silly.

I'm getting more and more swayed by the idea of chucking it, yes.

Boo.
Fuck Whole30, drink the wine.

Yes, definitely leaning toward wine. SO FRUSTRATING that I've seen absolutely no improvement from abstaining.

 I see it now.
Trust me, I get your frustration. Been eating super clean, other than alky for two weeks, and no improvement either.
WTF, over?!!!
Last night, I said fuckitall and ate some hummus. It was SSOOOO GOOD. And of course, nothing worse today than yesterday, so whynot?

Also, when you change something, either adding to or eliminating from your diet, how long do you go with it before determining if it's beneficial? If not drinking the wine is making no difference, and it's not going to interfere with any of your new supplements, I'd say drink the wine. The stress relief could be more beneficial than the abstinence.
I sometimes notice dietary changes within days of cutting something, so the fact that I haven't noticed any improvement over the two weeks of giving up booze...yeah. I think it's not helping.

I've been trying a modified carb/protein eating plan and it seems to be working, altho I'm only into it a couple of weeks. Our big problem is neither of us is big on cooking :).

I wish I could support myself by prepping paleo food/offering a personal catering service for people who don't like to cook.
