I don't know if I'm abnormally picky about my barbeque, but in my opinion, this town has never had a decent 'que place.

oh dear.
Yes! There have been several places MUCH better than Buffalo Blob's (although granted, still not Really Good Bbq).
Unfortunately they didn't stay around for long. I just don't get it.

Mmmmm, the pulled pork is just *amazing*. Doesn't even need sauce. **snarf**

The sausages are good, too, and I'm not a fan of sausage.

I know, it sounds weird, but I like bbq, I just hate most of the sauces. So sweet, ugh.

So if you can get it with spicy rather than sweet, and Very Little Sauce, oh heck...I'm all over that!

Yeah, their sauce is spicier than sweet, and very runny. Not thick and gloppy. So you don't need much if you do decide to use it.

Really, this is a *fab* BBQ place.
