I've always thought that the cut of that green shirt doesn't suit the shape of your body
I follow a few men's fashion blogs on Tumblr and I'm mildly annoyed by how often I'm seeing knitted ties lately. I don't care if they're suddenly de rigueur for the well-suited. I think knitted ties are fugly.
Today's Tumblr collection is enormous and has a lot of spoilers for the show. So if you've never watched Farscape, you might want to stay away. But seriously, watch the show sometime. It was amazing. Tuesday, December 4: Farscape.

Fugly?
Next? Spandex ties!

I had a couple myself; never ever had a regular men's tie, though.

I miss it, though.
I always wore mine with a button down shirt and some sort of a blazer. Hmmmm.
May have to go do some shopping-hit one of the thrift stores in Wichita!

So, skinny tie is on the list.

Also, for what's it is worth, I don't know if it's hummanly possible to watch more than two three old Twilight zones before you begin narrating life in a Rod Serling Voice.
"Submitted for your approval, a young barrista who spends her days filling cups. But today, today she will open a unique bag of esspresso beans, beans roasted... in the Twilight Zone."
Really, it just kind of rolls of the tongue after a while.

Farscape was one of those shows that I only got to watch when I stayed up half the night, since we didn't have cable, and the darn free TV only would show the good sci-fi at ungodly hours! I loved the strong female characters.
For some reason, I liked Chiana, although I couldn't really explain why-it had to do with the way she moved, as opposed to her dialogue. Her movements had sort of a dangerous, feral quality.
And I TOTALLY ship your OTP!

Farscape! Oh Farscape, how I've missed you.
I just realized that's one that the Jbird and I have never watched together.
:firmly places on list for next weekend viewing marathon:
